What is the reporting channel?
The reporting channel is an independent and protected tool that Consorzio Stabile GGS makes available to employees, collaborators, suppliers, and other parties who interact with the company. Through this platform, it is possible to simply and securely report any unlawful behavior, irregularities, or violations of regulations and corporate ethical principles.
The system is managed by a certified external platform (Whistlesblow) that guarantees maximum confidentiality. The whistleblower's identity is not disclosed without their consent, and all information is processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 and the GDPR.
The goal is to offer a transparent and reliable channel that allows for the prevention and timely correction of situations that could be potentially harmful to the company, its employees, and the community.
The organization encourages all staff and third parties to promptly report any situation that may represent:
- an attempted, suspected or actual act of corruption;
- a violation of the Anti-Corruption Policy;
- a violation of the Anti-Corruption Management System.
Reports may be made in good faith or based on reasonable belief.
The organization guarantees:
- the possibility of making anonymous reports;
- the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity;
- the protection of the persons involved in the reporting;
- the prohibition of any form of retaliation.
